Tomato ketchup with apples and bell peppers for the winter

An incredibly aromatic, spicy and piquant dressing that can be prepared for the winter. Tomato, apple and pepper ketchup tastes amazing! Cooked at home, it is much healthier and more appetizing than the purchased options. A real delight!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Tomatoes, apples and peppers wash well. We peel the stalks, cut the core of the apples, and peel the peppers from the seeds.
step 2 out of 6
Cut tomatoes, apples and peppers into small slices.
step 3 out of 6
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, and finely chop the garlic or push through a press.
step 4 out of 6
We put the prepared foods in a saucepan, you can add a little water (1 tablespoon) and simmer after boiling for 30 minutes. During this time, vegetables and fruits will soften enough, after which they need to be mashed with a blender.
step 5 out of 6
Add salt, granulated sugar, ground pepper, garlic, vinegar to the prepared mass and put it back on the fire. We continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
We lay out the finished ketchup in sterilized jars, carefully roll them up and leave at room temperature until completely cooled.

Bon Appetit!
