Classic ketchup as a traditional Georgian dish is prepared only from plum-tkemali. These plums are called cherry plums, they can be yellow or red. Unripe fruits are suitable for the sauce. In this recipe, you are invited to add fresh cilantro, garlic and suneli hops to the sauce.
