Homemade plum ketchup can be served with kebabs or meat steaks. The dressing is aromatic and spicy. It is convenient to prepare such ketchup for the winter, serving it to the table is actual at any time of the year.

We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. We wash the plums, tomatoes and cilantro.

Cut the plums into two parts and carefully take out the seeds.

Rinse the tomatoes, dry them and divide them into quarters. Peel the bell peppers from the core and seeds. We also cut it.

Chop the cilantro, peel the garlic and grate the cloves.

We combine plums, tomatoes and bell peppers. We send it to a blender or meat grinder. We put the resulting gruel on the fire and bring to a boil.

Add salt, spices, cilantro and grated garlic to the contents. Stir and simmer for another 30 minutes.
