Pickled tomatoes are often found on the dinner table in winter. Everyone loves this fragrant snack. And such an interesting variation with bunches of grapes does not require the use of vinegar, which makes the harvest more useful and natural.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Wash and sterilize seaming jars.
step 2 out of 4
Take small tomatoes, wash them and make a puncture with a toothpick near the place where the stalk is attached. This will allow the tomatoes to keep their shape during the cooking process.
step 3 out of 4
Wash the grapes, separate the berries from the twigs. The grapes should be firm and free from spoilage. Peel the garlic and cut into wedges. Put bay leaves, a slice of hot pepper, peppercorns, cloves in clean jars. Then place the tomatoes, grapes and garlic in random order.
step 4 out of 4
Boil water in a saucepan, pour boiling water over the jars, cover them with lids and leave for 10 minutes. Then pour the water back into the pan, boil again, pour boiling water into the jars and wait 10 minutes. The third time after boiling the marinade, add salt and sugar, boil for 5-7 minutes. Pour the marinade into the jars to the very top, roll up the lids. Leave the jars to cool completely under a blanket at room temperature. Then transfer the seams to a cool place.
