Delicious coho salmon steaks can be cooked not only at home on the stove, but also outdoors on the grill. To do this, you just need to marinate the fish in advance. For the marinade, we use onions, lemon, salt and ground black pepper. It turns out juicy and aromatic.

Peel the onions, rinse, dry and cut into thin half rings. We spread the onion in a volumetric container and shake well with our hands to make the juice stand out.

Wash the lemon with hot water to enhance the secretion of juice. Cut in two and squeeze the juice to the onion. We also put the squeezed halves to the onion.

Wash the fish thoroughly, clean it of scales, remove all the insides. Cut the carcass into steaks at least two and a half to three centimeters thick. Dry the cut fish with a paper towel. Leave the steaks to marinate for at least forty to fifty minutes.
