Delicious coho salmon steaks can be cooked not only at home on the stove, but also outdoors on the grill. To do this, you just need to marinate the fish in advance. For the marinade, we use onions, lemon, salt and ground black pepper. It turns out juicy and aromatic.

Wash the fish thoroughly, clean it of scales, remove all the insides. Cut the carcass into steaks at least two and a half to three centimeters thick. Dry the cut fish with a paper towel. Place the coho salmon steaks in a container with onions and lemon. Add olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mix everything together with your hands to evenly distribute the ingredients. Leave the steaks to marinate for at least forty to fifty minutes.
