Probably, there are few of those who do not remember the curd casserole from kindergarten. A magical taste from childhood, which can be repeated today according to a very simple recipe. The whole secret is in the correct proportions and in the use of fatty cottage cheese.

In a wide bowl, mix high-fat cottage cheese with sugar, eggs and semolina. Add salt, baking powder and vanillin.

Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed. The mass should become homogeneous and slightly fluffy. If you use an immersion blender instead of a mixer, the casserole will turn out to be denser, without noticeable curd inclusions, but also more tender. A mixer (or manual mixing) allows you to leave grains of curd in the dough, which in the finished product will create that very interesting texture, "like in a garden."

The baking dish should be well greased with butter or vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. If you are using a silicone mold, you do not need to lubricate it. Spoon the resulting dough into a baking dish and put in a hot oven for half an hour. The baking temperature is 180 degrees. The finished casserole should grow a little and brown well.
