We offer you a recipe for delicious and crispy lightly salted cucumbers, which are always obtained by everyone. It does not require a lot of time: just rinse the cucumbers, put them in a bag and add herbs and spices. Then you just need to be patient and wait until they are marinated. It is most convenient to pickle cucumbers at night so that they are ready in the morning.

Soak cucumbers in a bowl in cold water and leave for 30-40 minutes. Then we rinse them in running water, cut off the ends.

We wash the dill in cool running water, put it on a kitchen towel and leave it for 10-15 minutes to dry out a little. Then chop it finely with a knife.

Peel the garlic, rinse and cut into small pieces.

Put cucumbers in a dense plastic bag, add dill and garlic, add salt and spices on top.

We collect the edges of the bag and tie it tightly on top. Then the contents of the package must be shaken well for 2-3 minutes so that the spices are mixed and evenly distributed over all the cucumbers. We put the package in a bowl, in case the marinade leaks from the package, and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for 6-8 hours.
