Classic cheesecakes are made from yeast dough. The dough rises well, so the baked goods are airy and tender. For a juicy filling, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and an egg are mixed.

Pour two cups of sifted flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt into a bowl, mix. Then pour in the warmed milk and stir the ingredients with a spoon. Then add melted butter and remaining flour. Knead the dough with your hands and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.
