Many housewives want to learn how to cook classic beef beshbarmak. The recipe is simple. The dish consists of boiled beef, egg noodles, cut into large pieces, and a large amount of onions stewed in meat broth. Beshbarmak is served on one large dish.

Rinse the beef, cut into large pieces, place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook the meat over low heat for 2 hours so that it boils well and easily separates from the bones.

At the end of cooking, add the laurel leaves and onion to the broth. Salt the broth to your liking. Cut the boiled meat into small pieces. If the broth has boiled away, add boiled water to it.

While the beef is cooking, knead the noodle dough. Sift the required amount of flour through a sieve into a bowl for kneading the dough. Then break the eggs into the flour, add salt and pour in the warmed milk in a thin stream. Stir the dough immediately with a spoon so that it takes up all the flour.
