Classic beshbarmak from chicken and potatoes

Classic beshbarmak is made from boiled lamb or horse meat, but with chicken, potatoes and noodles, you will get a hearty and appetizing dish. The combination of chicken meat, dough and potatoes completely distinguishes this dish from dumplings in taste.
