Chicken tobacco with garlic and spices, covered with a thin ruddy crust will surely please your guests and will become a real decoration of the festive table. You can cook it both in the oven and in a pan.

Wash the chicken, dry it with paper towels and beat it off with a kitchen hammer.

To make the marinade, combine vegetable oil with chopped garlic, salt, thyme, red and black pepper.
