Chicken tabaka is a very effective dish that always attracts attention on the festive table. Thanks to a special cooking method, the chicken meat is baked well and a crispy brown crust forms on the outside.

Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the carcass lengthwise in the middle of the breast, place it on a cutting board, cover with cling film and beat first on one side, then on the other.
