Classic pea soup with smoked ribs

If you cook pea soup, then always with smoked ribs. Only one of its bright appearance immediately cheers up, and the aroma whets the appetite before dinner.

Rinse the peas several times with cold water and soak for 2-3 hours.

Pour smoked ribs with water and cook for 50-60 minutes. Then remove the ribs and separate the meat from the bones. Transfer the swollen peas to the broth and cook for 30 minutes.

Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots, cut the bacon into cubes.

First fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until golden brown, then add the carrots and onions. Continue to fry until the carrots are soft.
