Classic pea soup in a slow cooker

With a great desire I want to share a great classic recipe for an unusually tasty and aromatic pea soup cooked in a slow cooker. The first dish is rich and bright. Bright pea soup will wonderfully warm you on an autumn cloudy, bad weather.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the classic multicooker pea soup.
step 2 out of 8
Rinse the peas thoroughly, and then put them in a multicooker bowl, cover with water and lay out the pre-washed meat. Peel the onions and put them in the multicooker bowl. Set the Soup program and bring to a boil.
step 3 out of 8
Meanwhile, wash the potatoes, peel them with a peeler and cut into cubes.
step 4 out of 8
Remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon, lay out the potatoes. Close the lid of the multicooker.
step 5 out of 8
Cook until the end of the program. After the sound signal, open the lid of the device, add the bay leaf, close the lid and set the "Heating" mode. Leave the pea soup to steep for 30 minutes.
step 6 out of 8
Remove the meat from the soup, separate from the bones, cut into pieces.
step 7 out of 8
Pour the classic multicooker pea soup into bowls.
step 8 out of 8
Garnish with croutons and serve flavored pea soup at your dinner table.

Bon Appetit!
