Classic chicken lagman with potatoes and noodles

The classic chicken lagman recipe is very simple, and a set of ingredients is available to any housewife. The dish turns out to be very satisfying and is something between soup and vegetable stew.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Wash the meat, cut into cubes and add to the pan to the onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Cut the carrots and bell peppers into strips. Add carrots and peppers to the pan and simmer meat and vegetables together for 5 minutes.
