Classic lagman with chicken noodles at home

We invite you to try a delicious dish from Uzbekistan with meat and vegetables. Lagman is a thick soup served with noodles. Thanks to the use of chicken meat in the recipe, the dish turns out to be very tender and light.

Preheat a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil, then add the chopped onion, simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Cut the carrots into thin strips. Add it to the skillet with the onion and continue to simmer the vegetables for another 5-7 minutes.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into thin strips, add it to the pan.
