Let's prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the vegetables, cut the beef liver into pieces that are convenient for grinding.

Cut the onion into pieces. Together with the beef, we send it to the blender. Grind to a homogeneous liquid mass. You can use a meat grinder.

Beat chicken eggs into the liver mass. Add chopped garlic.
