Most often, we are used to cooking or ordering julienne cooked with chicken, mushrooms and onions in cafes and restaurants. Today we want to offer you a classic recipe for mushroom julienne. Made with dried porcini mushrooms, which gives the julienne the exquisite aroma of wild mushrooms. Try to cook julienne according to our recipe, and you will discover a new taste of an already familiar dish.

Place the dried mushrooms in a small saucepan, fill them with boiling water and leave for 30 minutes, after which we put the saucepan on the fire, bring the water to a boil and boil the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.

We put the boiled mushrooms in a colander, and then put them on a paper towel to remove all moisture. Then cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Pour flour into a dry preheated frying pan and fry until golden brown. Then add half of the butter to the flour, dissolve it over low heat and mix with flour.

Add sour cream to a pan with flour and butter and, stirring, heat the sauce until a thick consistency is formed.

Peel and wash the onion and garlic, chop the onion into small cubes, the garlic into thin slices. Put the onion and garlic in a preheated pan with butter and fry until golden brown. Then we send the onion with garlic and mushrooms to the pan to the sauce, add spices and mix well.
