Let's start with the most important ingredient - strawberries. First, it must be sorted out: to separate juicy and ripe fruits from rotten or damaged ones. Next, we wash and dry the berries, only then can the stalks be removed.

If the strawberries are small, leave them intact, if the berries are large enough, cut them into slices.

Now the strawberries need to be chopped to a puree state. It is best to use a blender for this purpose. Put the berries in a bowl and chop.
