Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
To begin with, we sort out the blackberry and remove possibly deformed berries. Next, we rinse it under cool water and put it in a colander so that all excess liquid is glass. Plums with apples are also thoroughly washed and dried with a paper towel.
step 2 out of 5
We take a deep saucepan, pour granulated sugar there and fill it with drinking water. We put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for a couple of minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step 3 out of 5
Cut the core out of the apples and cut them into slices. They can also be cleaned if desired.
step 4 out of 5
First, put plums into boiling water and let them boil for about two minutes, then add apples and send blackberries in a minute. Once again bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour the finished compote into pre-sterilized jars and roll them up with sterile lids.
step 5 out of 5
Turn it upside down, wrap it in a towel or blanket and let it cool completely for several hours. Then we send the compote to a place suitable for storage. We open it in winter and pour it into glasses. Bon Appetit!
