Compote of apricots and oranges in a 3-liter jar for the winter

All children love purchased soda, but it has long been known that there is nothing useful in such drinks, and the amount of sugar is off scale. But there is an alternative - homemade fantasy is not just without a single preservative, but, on the contrary, with a large amount of natural acids and vitamins.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
To prepare compote, you need to take extremely ripe fruits without traces of decay. Rinse the fruit thoroughly under running water, dry it and cut it in half, removing the stone.
step 2 out of 7
We also wash the citrus and peel it without leaving a white shell and cut it into rings, no thicker than 1 centimeter.
step 3 out of 7
We repeat the manipulations with lemon, as with the previous fruits. Do not forget to get rid of all the bones, without exception.
step 4 out of 7
Rinse a three-liter jar with a soda solution and pour over boiling water, let it dry and fill it with prepared fruits. You need to fill the jar no more than half.
step 5 out of 7
Bring a little less than three liters of water to a boil and pour it into a container so that all the fruits are covered. Cover with a lid or a towel and leave to warm up for 40-45 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
Over time, pour the water into the pan, add granulated sugar and bring to a boil, then reduce the flame and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Gently fill the contents of the cans with boiling syrup to the brim and immediately roll up. Turn the container over with the lids down and wait for it to cool completely. Such a drink can be stored for more than 1 year.
