Apricot is a versatile fruit that pairs well with many other fruits like lime, orange, cherry and even mint. In this recipe, it is proposed to prepare a drink that is very reminiscent of phantom, with the addition of lemon, which will add a special sourness, thanks to which the apricot taste will become even more saturated.

The main ingredient is apricots, rinse and dry thoroughly. The fruits can be divided into halves and pitted, or they can be left whole. A very interesting compote is obtained when one half of the fruit is sliced ​​and the other half is left untouched.

We sterilize three-liter jars in any convenient way, wipe them dry, or let them dry on their own and fill them with fruits.
