Apricot compote with seeds for 1 liter jar for the winter

A very simple, quick and tasty preparation for the winter from whole apricots. The cooking process is greatly simplified by the fact that pre-sterilization of cans is not needed, besides, small liter cans are much easier to prepare for conservation.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
For harvesting compote, it is necessary to take ripe, but dense fruits, as overripe fruits will not withstand heat treatment and will "creep". Put 12-15 fruits (depending on size) and 4-6 tablespoons of sugar in each clean jar. You can orient yourself like this: a liter jar should be half full and no more.
step 2 out of 5
Since we do not prepare syrup, we pour boiling water directly into the container and at the same time we put a large pot of water on the stove, on the bottom of which it is better to put a piece of cloth of a suitable size.
step 3 out of 5
In a heated saucepan, gently, so as not to burn yourself, lower the jars with apricots, the water level should be approximately up to the "hangers" of the dishes.
step 4 out of 5
Cover the jars with lids, reduce the heat and sterilize for 10-15 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
We take out the container and immediately roll it up using a special machine. Turn upside down and let cool to room temperature. Delicious compote is ready, bon appetit!
