Compote of apricots, cherries and apples for the winter

The more varied the fruits and berries in the compote, the brighter and richer its taste. And the more fruits and berries in the compote, the more useful this delicious drink is. Therefore, we will roll up the compote from apricots, cherries and apples at once and do it in three-liter jars. After all, such a compote is drunk very quickly.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Wash the apples, remove the stalks and core from them. Then cut into fairly thin slices.
step 2 out of 5
Sort out the apricots, we don't need spoiled and very soft fruits. Rinse and cut them in half, removing the pits.
step 3 out of 5
Sort the cherries and rinse them in a colander under running water. You do not need to remove pits from cherries to make compote.
step 4 out of 5
Pour water and sugar into a deep saucepan. Bring the syrup to a boil on the stove.
step 5 out of 5
While the syrup is simmering, place the fruits and berries in the jar. The order in which the ingredients are placed does not matter. As soon as the water with sugar boils (while the sugar is completely dissolved), pour the contents of the jar with it to the very edge and immediately tighten the lid tightly, or roll up the jar. Then turn it over, wrap it in something warm and leave to cool completely. Store the finished compote in a dark and cool place, and in winter enjoy its taste and benefit from it.
Bon Appetit!
