Cherry plum compote without sterilization

Cherry plum is a type of plum, but its taste is very different from it. Cherry plum makes an excellent compote - refreshing, sour and very fragrant. To simplify the process, you can do without the usual sterilization. It is only necessary to thoroughly wash the jars and lids. Also, an important stage in the preparation of compote will be the slow cooling of the cans after seaming - at this time, sterilization takes place, which does not require efforts on our part.

We wash the cherry plum thoroughly, removing all dust and dirt from the surface. Let the water drain after rinsing.
