Cherry plum and zucchini compote without sterilization

Zucchini generally does not have a strong taste in seaming. But, rolled up with cherry plum, it is saturated with its sweetness and aroma and, when infused, tastes like sweet and sour pineapple. As such, it is very convenient to use it in salads instead of an overseas ingredient. Believe me, no one will notice the difference. And also in winter you can enjoy the pleasant taste of compote and delight yourself with an unusual dessert.
