White grape compote without sterilization in a 3 liter jar for the winter

The grapes are poured with boiling water, and after 15-20 minutes all the liquid is poured into a saucepan. Sugar is added to it, everything is brought to a boil and the resulting syrup is poured into jars. The compote is rolled up and left to cool completely.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We sort out the grapes and remove the spoiled berries. Then we rinse it under running water, put it in a colander and leave it until all the excess liquid has drained off.
step 2 out of 5
We thoroughly rinse three-liter jars under hot water with soda, after which we sterilize them in any convenient way. We fill them with grapes at least 1/3. Boil water, pour boiling water over the berries, cover with metal lids and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
After this time, we put on the lids with holes on the jars and pour the resulting broth into the pan. Add granulated sugar and set on fire. Bring to a boil, then cook for a couple of minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step 4 out of 5
Fill the grapes with the resulting sugar syrup and roll up the compote with lids. We turn the cans upside down, wrap them in a blanket or blanket and leave them to cool completely for several hours or overnight. Then we send it to storage in a cellar or in another dark and cool place.
step 5 out of 5
We open it in winter, pour it into glasses and serve a very tasty, rich drink to the table. Bon Appetit!
