Sliced apples with grapes are placed in a jar, covered with sugar and citric acid. Then the fruit is poured with boiling water, and the compote is tightly closed with a lid. The jar is slightly shaken, and everything is left to cool completely.
Ingredients
Cooking process
First, we prepare the banks. We wash them thoroughly under hot water with soda, after which we sterilize in any convenient way. Also boil separately in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. We wash the grapes under running water, remove the berries from the branches and put them in a colander so that all the excess liquid is glass.
We wrap the jar with a towel and swing it from side to side so that the sugar and citric acid are completely dissolved. Then we turn it upside down, wrap it in a blanket or blanket and let it stand in this way until it cools completely for several hours or overnight. We send the finished drink to storage in a cellar or in another dark and cool place.
