Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
The recipe is for two 3 liter cans. They, together with the lids, must first be cleaned with baking soda, and then rinsed thoroughly and sent to the oven or microwave for sterilization.
step 2 out of 6
First, we wash fresh apples with running water, and then we get rid of rotten areas, if any, with a knife. Cut the fruit into halves and cut out the seed box. Cut the apples into slices.
step 3 out of 6
Put the required amount of fresh lingonberries in a colander or fine sieve. After thorough rinsing, leave the lingonberries for a while to allow the excess liquid to glass.
step 4 out of 6
Put apples in clean sterilized jars and cover them with sugar. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil on the stove. Pour boiling water over the ingredients in the jars.
step 5 out of 6
After 10-15 minutes, pour the infusion back into the pan and bring to a boil. Add lingonberries to the apples remaining in the jars. Pour the syrup into the container.
step 6 out of 6
We roll them up with a seaming machine and turn them over. We wrap it with a blanket until it cools, and then transfer it to the pantry for further storage.
Bon Appetit!
