From citrus fruits and cherries, a very rich and tasty drink is obtained, which is useful to drink not only in winter, but also in summer, in the heat. If you add mint or cinnamon to the compote, the taste will become even more piquant, the main thing is not to overdo it with additives, otherwise the workpiece will be spoiled.

Cooking process
We will use the orange together with the peel. Therefore, you first need to clean it with a little soda, using a sponge, or use a regular detergent for baby dishes instead of soda. Then cut the citrus into round slices of medium thickness. We will need one and the largest. Cut the slice into several slices.
We put the pan on the stove and line its bottom with a towel. We put a can of drink on top. Fill the pot with water so that it reaches the "shoulder" of the jar. When the liquid boils, sterilize the can of drink over low heat for 10 minutes. After sterilization, roll up the jar and let it cool in an upside-down position for a couple of days.
Bon Appetit!
