Cherry compote for the winter with seeds

Rolling a cherry compote with seeds will significantly reduce your time, because you will not need to get them from each fruit, but you should not store such a drink for more than a year, otherwise it will become harmful from a useful one, since the seeds begin to secrete a substance harmful to the body.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First, the fruit must be thoroughly rinsed to remove any dirt. In parallel, it is worth tearing off the stalks and removing the cherry leaves. We also discard rotten or damaged fruits. We leave the cherries for a while so that the fruits dry out.
step 2 out of 5
We have some free time to prepare the can and lid for seaming. If there is no damage to the container, it just needs to be cleaned with soda and rinsed.
step 3 out of 5
Now we put the cherries in a jar, shake slightly from side to side so that the cherries lay on the bottom in an even layer. We put mint leaves on top.
step 4 out of 5
Now pour water into the pot. Fill just enough so that there is enough boiling water for the compote and sterilization of the lid. When the water gurgles, pour a small amount of it over the lid, counting everything so that at least 2.5 liters remain on the compote.
step 5 out of 5
When the water is poured into the jar, cover it with a lid and leave it for 5 minutes. Now the water must be returned to the pan so that the cherries and mint remain in the jar. Add sugar and citric acid to the infusion. Bring the sweet liquid to a boil and fill the contents of the jar with it again. We immediately roll up the container and turn it over. Make sure there are no bubbles and wrap the container with a compote with a blanket.
Bon Appetit!
