Black grape compote without sterilization in a 3-liter jar for the winter

A very simple and quick way to prepare a vitamin drink for the winter. The process is simplified by the fact that the cans do not need to be sterilized before seaming, which significantly reduces the cooking time.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the grapes thoroughly under running water and sort out each berry for rotting or damage. We separate the fruits from the vineyard and put them on the bottom of a clean jar, sprinkling with citric acid on top.
step 2 out of 5
Pour a little more than two and a half liters of water into a saucepan of a suitable size and add granulated sugar, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling.
step 3 out of 5
Pour the container with grapes with boiling syrup.
step 4 out of 5
We immediately roll up the cans and turn them upside down, put a blanket on top and leave them to cool completely.
step 5 out of 5
We store the finished and cooled compote in the cellar or basement. Enjoy!
