Black grape compote in a 2-liter jar for the winter

An awesome alternative to purchased soda and nectars, because only natural ingredients are used in this drink, without a single preservative. Treat yourself and your loved ones by preparing a fragrant and rich compote from dark grapes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
It is very important to choose the grape bunches for use in the preparation of the drink. The berries should be firm, not overripe and free from damage.
step 2 out of 6
We wash the selected branches thoroughly under a strong stream of water, carefully remove all the leaves and specks, there is no need to separate the berries from the vineyard.
step 3 out of 6
We put one medium bunch in pre-sterilized jars.
step 4 out of 6
Boil one liter of water in a saucepan and fill the jars, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 10-12 minutes. After the time has elapsed, drain the water back (without berries).
step 5 out of 6
Add 200 grams of granulated sugar to the solution and cook, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes after boiling. Fill the container with a boiling solution and immediately seal it. Turn it upside down and cover it with a blanket for smooth cooling.
step 6 out of 6
After 12-15 hours, we remove the compote in a dark and cool place for storage during the winter period. Enjoy!
