Black grape compote in a 3-liter jar for the winter

Absolutely all children and many adults love packaged juices with a dubious composition, so why not replace preservatives with vitamins and minerals? Intense fragrant grape compote with garden apples.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We pre-wash three-liter jars with a soda solution and pour over boiling water, leave to dry, and at this time we wash the apples, remove the tails.
step 2 out of 6
Put the whole apples on the bottom of a clean and dry container. If the fruits are too large and do not crawl into the neck, cut them into slices.
step 3 out of 6
Rinse the berries thoroughly under running water and remove all spoiled, unripe or overripe fruits. We put them straight in bunches on top of the apples, so that the fruits fill 2/3 of the total volume of the jar.
step 4 out of 6
In a saucepan of a suitable size, boil water along with granulated sugar, be sure to stir it vigorously to completely dissolve the sweetener. We continue cooking for 2-3 minutes after boiling and pour into jars, be sure to cover them with sterile lids on top.
step 5 out of 6
We put the filled container in a large container with water (it is advisable to put a wooden lattice or thick cloth on the bottom) and sterilize it for 15-20 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
We carefully take it out and immediately roll it up using a special machine. To check the tightness, turn the cans upside down and cover with a towel for gradual cooling. Store in a cool and dark place. Bon Appetit!
