Black grape compote with twigs for the winter

The preparation of the drink takes a minimum of time, since the grapes do not need to be removed from the branches - they are rolled up in whole bunches. The water for the infusion will need to be purified in advance.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
The bunches of grapes must first be reviewed very carefully. If there are rotten or spoiled fruits on the branches, they must be removed and discarded. Then the bunches of grapes must be washed and left to drip.
step 2 out of 5
We select a 3-liter jar for seaming compote. If the container is not damaged, clean it with baking soda and rinse thoroughly. After sterilization, put the grapes in a jar.
step 3 out of 5
Pour purified water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour boiling water over the grapes in a jar, which we cover with a lid (scald it with boiling water in advance). Leave the compote for 10-15 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Drain the infusion from the jar back into the pot. Pour in the required amount of sugar and cook the filling for about five minutes. Fill the grapes with hot syrup.
step 5 out of 5
We roll up the jar with a lid and turn it over. To gradually cool the compote, cover the container with a blanket and wrap it up. After cooling down, transfer the can of the drink to the refrigerator.
Bon Appetit!
