I want to suggest making a healthy vitamin compote from black currant and cranberry. Such compote will well quench your thirst and give pleasure without harm to the body.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the blackcurrant and cranberry compote. I also used the remains of viburnum. If you use frozen berries like I do, you don't need to defrost them first.
