The drink retains vitamins and minerals, it will help quench your thirst with health benefits. Berries for harvesting should be chosen of high quality, without defects - the compote will turn out transparent and without sediment.

Rinse the black currants thoroughly under running water. Remove random debris and twigs. Wash the compote jars and dry them. Pour black currants into prepared jars. Pour boiling water over the berries and let stand for ten minutes.
