Blackberries are poured into a three-liter jar, lemon, sugar are sent to it and everything is poured with boiling water. The compote is rolled up with a lid, turned upside down and left to cool completely. It turns out a delicious drink with a pleasant sourness.

To begin with, we sort out the blackberries, tear off the stalks and throw away the spoiled berries. Next, rinse it thoroughly under cool water and discard it in a colander. Let it stand like this until all the liquid has drained off.

Wash the compote jar well with soda and add blackberries to it. Put the sliced ​​lemon on top.
