Blackberry and apple compote for the winter

Chopped apples and blackberries are placed in a three-liter jar. Everything is poured with sugar syrup and rolled up. Next, the jar is turned over and left to cool completely.

Wash the apples thoroughly, dry them with a paper towel, cut out the core and cut into large slices. We sterilize the jars in a convenient way and put the fruit there.

First we sort out the blackberry and remove the rotten berries. Next, we transfer it to a colander, rinse thoroughly under cold water and leave it until all the liquid has drained. We put the berries in a jar with apples.
