This compote deserves due attention, if only because it contains everyone's favorite grapes. This berry behaves so interestingly in conservation that it is definitely worth taking the risk and preparing this compote. It turns out to be moderately sweet, slightly sour and quite concentrated.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
In order for the compote to turn out to be really tasty, it is necessary to take a responsible attitude to the selection and preparation of pears and grapes. We wash the pears well and wipe them with a towel to get rid of excess liquid.
step 2 out of 5
Be sure to remove the grapes from the bunches, rinse well under running water and put them in a colander so that the water can drain.
step 3 out of 5
Chop the prepared pears at random, remove the core with all the seeds and put them in a saucepan with water.
step 4 out of 5
Boil the pears for about 7 minutes and then add the grapes to them. After 7-10 minutes, add granulated sugar and continue cooking for 5 minutes. At the same time, we sterilize the jar and the lid.
step 5 out of 5
After this time, pour the fruit in boiling syrup into the jar and cover it with a lid. Put the compote in a saucepan with boiling water and sterilize for 15 minutes over low heat. Then we take out the jar and roll it up with a sterilized lid. It is better to cool such compote by wrapping it in a blanket and turning it upside down.

Enjoy your meal!
