Pear and apple compote without sterilization in a 3-liter jar for the winter

Delicious compote is always, by the way, both during breakfast and for the festive table. Especially if homemade fruits are taken for cooking, which are combined with each other. Apples and pears are one of the simplest and at the same time successful options.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Initially, we will prepare all the necessary components. We measure out the required amount of granulated sugar and water. And the fruit, in turn, is well washed and dried.
step 2 out of 5
Cut the apples into slices together with the peel, remembering to remove the core with seeds.
step 3 out of 5
We do the same with pears. If the peel of the fruit is thick enough, it can be peeled.
step 4 out of 5
Then we start preparing the sugar syrup. Dissolve granulated sugar in water and bring the liquid to a boil. In parallel with this, we sterilize the jar in any way convenient for you.
step 5 out of 5
After that, lower the apples and pears to the bottom of the jar and fill the entire contents with the freshly prepared syrup. We close the compote with a nylon lid or twist a lid with a special thread. Then we turn it upside down and cover the cans with a blanket for gradual cooling. We store the compote in the refrigerator for no more than 3 months.
Enjoy your meal!
