Pear compote with lingonberries for the winter

To make compote, pears that are too ripe or unripe are not suitable for us. The flesh of the fruit should be firm and juicy. So that the drink is not transparent and more saturated, other berries are added to the pears.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First, wash the apples and pears with running water. Then we wipe them off and cut each fruit in half to make it easier to remove the core. Then we cut each half of both types of fruits into slices.
step 2 out of 5
Before harvesting the compote, you must thoroughly wash the lingonberries. To make it easier to do this, pour it into a colander. After washing, the lingonberries can be further processed.
step 3 out of 5
Pour water into a saucepan and put lingonberries and sugar in it. When the lingonberries are tender, lay out the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until the fruit softens.
step 4 out of 5
We first check the compote jars for cracks. If they are not there, we clean the container along with the lids with baking soda. Then we thoroughly rinse and sterilize them.
step 5 out of 5
Pour the sweet liquid into the jars along with the pulp. We roll them up and turn them over. Wrap tightly until the containers with the drink cool completely. Then transfer to a cooler storage area.
Bon Appetit!
