A fragrant and rich version of everyone's favorite pear compote. Cinnamon subtly sets off the taste of the pear, and as a result, the compote turns out to be incredibly tasty. This drink is especially good when warm in winter.

We wash the pears thoroughly and remove the stalks from them.

We put the pears in a jar, adding a cinnamon stick with them.

For the syrup, pour sugar into water and bring the mixture to a boil, after which we boil it until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the syrup into a jar, cover it with a lid and leave for about 10 minutes. Then pour the syrup back into the saucepan, bring it to a boil again and pour it into the jar for another 10 minutes.

After that, pour the syrup into a saucepan, add citric acid to it and boil again.
