Pear compote with lemon in a 3-liter jar for the winter

Compote with moderate sweetness and the same unobtrusive sourness. A couple of cans of this drink should be in stock to make up for the lack of useful vitamins in winter. Also, pears in this recipe are practically not subjected to heat treatment, which has a positive effect on their properties.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the pears using a brush and cut into about five slices. From each we remove the core with seeds.
step 2 out of 5
Before use, the lemon can be doused with boiling water, or simply rinsed well. Then we divide it into two parts, one of which we cut into thin slices.
step 3 out of 5
We wash and sterilize the jars. We do the same with the lids. Before the actual use, the containers must be dried.
step 4 out of 5
Then we fill the jars with chopped pear and lemon. With the amount of lemon, be guided by your taste. Also at this stage, it's time to make the sweet syrup. Pour sugar into the water, mix and boil the contents for 5 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
Then we pour the syrup into jars filled with fruit, cover them with lids and sterilize in a saucepan filled with hot water, the bottom of which is covered with a towel. Then we remove the cans from the pan and roll them up with the same lids. The compote cooled down under the blanket is rearranged into a storage place.
