Wild pear compote for the winter

Homemade wild pear compote can be a great alternative to purchased juices and lemonades. And the useful properties of such a drink can be enumerated endlessly.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Wash the pears and cut the stalks. Since the fruits of the wild are small, it is convenient to roll them whole.
step 2 out of 4
Wash and sterilize compote jars.
step 3 out of 4
Divide the pears into the jars. Boil water in a saucepan and fill the jars with it to the top, leave for 20 minutes. Then pour the water back into the saucepan, bring to a boil and refill the jars for 20 minutes.
step 4 out of 4
Drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar at the rate of 250 grams per three-liter can. Boil the syrup until the sugar dissolves, then pour it into the jars and immediately roll up the lids. Such a wild pear compote will come in handy, both in winter and in summer.

Bon Appetit!
