Pear, apple and apricot compote for the winter

A drink full of taste and lightness, which will refresh in summer and saturate with vitamins in winter. Such compote is prepared simply, but it is stored very well, which makes it ideal for harvesting for the winter.

We wash and dry the apricots, after which we put them in a sterilized jar.

We also wash the apples with pears, cut them into small pieces and send them to the apricots.

Pour boiling water into the jar, cover it with a lid and wrap it with a blanket. We leave the jar in this state for 15 minutes.

Pour water into a saucepan.

Before the water boils, pour sugar into a saucepan and leave the syrup to simmer for 3 minutes.
