Cranberry compote is distinguished from other drinks by its rich taste and bright color, and besides, it contains a lot of vitamins, antioxidants and microelements that are important for the body. Cranberries have a pronounced sour taste, so either a lot of sugar is added to the compote, or the cranberry sourness is softened by fruits or other berries. In this recipe, you are invited to complement the cranberry compote with an apple. Cranberries for compote are taken fresh or frozen, and apples are sweet and with red peel. Sterilize clean 3-liter jars dry beforehand. Boil the lids. Cut the apples into pieces of any shape and size.
