The most classic version of making a raspberry compote, in which rolled berries are no worse than fresh ones. Such a preparation from year to year saves many people in times of cold or bad mood. And if you heat up such a compote, it will remind you of a delicious berry juice and will give you a piece of summer.

Raspberry berries are carefully sorted out and washed. Then we dry them by throwing them in a colander. We can also blot raspberries with a paper towel.

After that we put the berries in a deep container, cover them with granulated sugar and grind them using any suitable object. Leave the raspberries grated with sugar alone for about 30 minutes so that they let their juice flow.

In order not to waste time, we rinse and sterilize the jars. And after 30 minutes, we send a pot of water to a small fire and bring it to a boil.

We interrupt the raspberries in their own juice with a blender and put them in boiling water. Squeeze lemon juice here and cook the contents for about 5 minutes. Then pass the resulting berry mass through a fine sieve, separating the seeds from the liquid.

We pour the finished compote into sterilized jars and close it with a simple nylon lid. This drink can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of three months. And part of the compote can be poured into a decanter and enjoyed the next day.
