Raspberry compote for the winter in a 3-liter jar

Raspberry compote is very aromatic and is liked by almost everyone. During the hot summer, such a drink becomes especially relevant. The amount of raw materials in this recipe is calculated for one three-liter can. The concentration of the finished compote turns out to be quite saturated, so that when consumed, it can be diluted with water to taste.

Rinse the raspberries thoroughly under running water. We get rid of copies with defects and random garbage. Let the washed berries dry a little.

We prepare cans for compote. They must be thoroughly rinsed, sterilized and dried. We do the same with lids.

Pour the prepared raspberries into jars. Fill with boiling water in the specified amount, cover with lids. We soak the berries in hot water for ten minutes. Then pour the water from the jar into a saucepan, pour granulated sugar into it and put it on the stove. Bring the syrup to a boil and until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the raspberries in the jars with hot syrup again.

We roll up the cans with lids. We turn them upside down to check the tightness. We wrap it in a blanket and let it cool slowly. We put the cooled compote in a cool dark place for storage.
