At first glance, it may seem like a complete incompatibility between sweet berries and sour lemon, which is certainly an erroneous myth that needs to be dispelled as soon as possible. Such a drink retains the beneficial properties of each component, which are simply necessary for the body in winter. Also, an excellent serving option would be compote with honey or dried fruit.

Hot compote is poured into sterilized jars, and, covering with a lid, we lower them into a saucepan with boiling water. Also, before sterilizing the compote, we put a cotton towel on the bottom of the pan. This process will take 10-15 minutes. Then we roll up the raspberry compote with lids, turn it over and cool, wrapping it in a blanket.
